A gorgeous solo buffalo stands on the road near Waterton, Alberta.
The Kenow Fire of 2017 decimated the grasses in the paddock where these buffalo roamed. The herd was moved when the fire threatened their habitat and it will be a few more years before the grasses will be plentiful enough to sustain the herd once again.
